Installation instructions:
Click the Download now button.
When prompted, choose Open to start the download and run the installer.
Follow the onscreen instructions.
After running the utility:
Reinstall your HP software.
If you continue to receive an "Error 1714" error when reinstalling the software, please contact HP Customer Support.
